Revolutionary driving-aggregate eventually meant for the ‘Tiger tank’ type "Panzer VI". It proved however, that the necessary gearbox would have been too complicated for operational applications. Please bear also in mind, that its development took place during say 1944, maybe some time earlier; but their industrial capacity was not capable to cope any longer with these kinds of demands.
